Villa del Colle is a beautiful farmhouse, which has been recently restored, according to the typical Tuscan style, and equipped with all comforts. The villa lies at Cortona’s feet, only 15 minutes away from the town centre.. The interiors have been carefully renovated trying to maintain the house’s original architecture. The Villa develops on 1 floor divided into 2 wings. The brick staircase and the arched loggia introduce the spacious entrance made comfortable by sofas and armchairs .The living zone with the big fireplace is the perfect place where you can prepare and enjoy your favourite dishes. The swimming pool, which overlooks the surrounding land, is equipped with deckchair and umbrellas and will be the ideal setting for your summer days. The complete Villa was renovated recently and is equipped with heating and air-conditioning. Externally a big blooming garden, wonderful pool with view on the Valdichiana, covered area with barbecue and equipped kitchen, ideal for your evenings al fresco.
