Villa Nella

Villa Nella with its wonderful view is located on a green hill just in front of the ancient medieval town of Cortona It has a wonderful swimming pool with waterfall located in the garden below and a pleasant terrace a Spa with heated Jacuzzi and a fireplace, so as to be suitable also during the winter period. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and the large wine cellar for tastings Through internal stairs you then reach the first floor where there is a large and equipped kitchen with a beautiful historic fireplace and access to the terrace overlooking Cortona and the large garden. .

From the kitchen through a corridor you reach  the 3 double bedrooms, each one with en suite bathrooms with shower, and an internal room, formerly a small church, with is equipped with a large table where guests can gather to spend unforgettable evenings. A further staircase leads to the last room located in the small tower. It consists of a French bed. Lastly, along the last flight of stairs you enter the attic where there is a living room with a view of the garden and the town of Cortona, equipped with tasting glasses, where you can sip a glass of wine in relaxation and company. Outside and adjacent to the main villa there is the dependance which develops in 4 bedrooms, all equipped with an ensuite bathroom and if necessary, an air conditioning/heating system, as in the rest of the villa.
