Villa Lucca

The magnificent villa elegantly renovated in 2019 is located on the hills 10 km from the villa. Villa Dario a few distance from a medieval village, enjoys  a fantastic view of the wonderful surrounding landscape.

The infinity  swimming pool, with  gazebo and sofas, is located in an upper panoramic position. There is a dressing room and bathroom.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for trekking and  excursions on foot and by bicycle and of course the possibility of visiting the most famous tourist attractions of Tuscany.

The villa is divided in  three floors:

Ground floor: living room with fireplace, tv, sofas, with table and chairs. From the living room there is access to four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one  en-suite), equipped with modern facilities.

Central floor:  From the patio you will acces to the living room with sofas, tv, fireplace and to the dining room. full equipped kitchen. Guest bathroom

First  floor : a bedroom bedroom with a bathroom

A wonderful infinity  swimming pool, with  gazebo and sofas, is located in an upper position and dominates the entire property and the valley below. There is a dressing room and bathroom close to the pool.

Just out of the door there are some wonderful walks and opportunities for tours and trekking through the old medioeval narrow stone-paved streets of the  village, really experiencing the true flavour of a tiny X century Tuscan hamlet.
