Villa Cascina

Villa CASCINA is located on the hills of Montaione, just very near to San Gimignano .The villa (500 sqm)  extends on two floors and can accommodate up to 29 people.

Internally, the villa is divided in the main villa and  4 suites.

Surrounded by a private fenced garden the villa has a  large portico/veranda equipped with wrought-iron tables and chairs, barbeque, sunbeds and deckchairs, umbrellas and a swimming pool (8×15, 1.20-2.50m deep) (01/5-30/9) with Jacuzzi and solarium area.

Main Suite (12 people): a large dining area (able to accommodate a total of 29 guests), a living area with fireplace and satellite TV, a kitchen (with 6-burner hob, electric oven, microwave, freezer, American coffee maker, toaster). The sleeping area : 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.
Suite 1 (5 people): located  on the first floor, offers a beautiful view of the countryside and is accessed via an independent staircase.Living room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Each room has its own bathroom with shower.
Suite 2 (6 people) located on the first floor, offers a nice view of the pool and is accessed via an independent staircase. It consists of: living room, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub.
Suite 3 (3 people):located on the ground floor and is easily accessible from the inside with independent access. living/dining room, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Suite 4 (3 people) located on the ground floor and is easily accessible from the inside with independent access. Inside you will find: a living/dining room, a kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. .
