Villa Capri is located in Massa Lubrense just in front of Capri with a breathtaking view of the famous island. It is 15 minutes by car from the seafront between the bays of Naples and Salerno.

It sleeps up to 30 people with 12 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette (except for one room with a bathroom close to the room and without kitchen) .On request, it is possible to add two double sofa beds and two single beds up to a maximum capacity of 30 people.

The villa is elegantly furnished include some antique pieces and features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating, wood-burning oven for pizza parties, and Wi-Fi Internet access.

From the kitchen, three French doors will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea. The first bedroom is accessible from the living room and has access to the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The second bedroom is accessible from the corridor. And has two Juliet balconies with a view of the sea. The third bedroom is accessible from the corridor and has a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The fourth bedroom is accessible from the corridor and has two Juliet balconies with a view of the sea and of Capri. The fifth bedroom is accessible from the corridor and has two Juliet balconies. The sixth bedroom is accessible from the corridor, and you will be able to access a small patio with a view of the swimming pool and of the garden through a French door. The seventh bedroom is accessible from the corridor. From this bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The eighth bedroom is accessible from the corridor and has a Juliet balcony with a view of the vegetation and of the sea at a distance.The ninth bedroom is also accessible from the corridor. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the garden and a partial view of the sea in the distance through a French door. The tenth bedroom is also accessible from the ground floor or from the corridor on the upper level. The eleventh bedroom is accessible from the ground floor. The twelfth bedroom is also accessible from the ground floor. All the double beds can be separated and made into singles so each bedroom can be a double or two twins

You will find a grocery store 1.5 km away (roughly 1 mile). The garden is 2000 sqm (approx. 21500 sqft) and is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and various trees. The terrace is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, tables, chairs, external shower, and portable barbecue. The swimming pool (12m x 8m) area offers chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom with washbasin and toilet. From the swimming pool you can enjoy a stunning view of the island of Capri, of the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius in the distance
