Villa Ada located in Umbertide, has a fantastic panoramic view over the hills of the stunning countryside. The elegant villa is composed by 2 different houses : a main villa which can host 8 guests and at a distance of 40 meters away, another house which can host 8 guests. The panoramic swimming pool (6,5×12 m) is located next to the villa. The villa features a pergola with climbing roses, and under it a table which can host 14 people. Outside you will also find a well equipped BBQ and several sun loungers that are perfect for relaxation and sunbathing

Ground floor: Large double living room and a comfortable dining area with a wonderful garden view . The kitchen has its own fireplace and direct access to the garden. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
First floor: To reach this level you can also take the external or the internal staircase. A hall with antique decorative fireplace, the master bedroom (bed size 170×200 cm, 67×79 inches) that overlooks the valley, with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and hand held shower. Another double bedroom (bed size 170×200 cm, 67×79 inches) with ensuite bathroom with bathtub with hand held shower and the last double bedroom (bed size 170×200 cm, 67×79 inches) with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outdoor: The main villa has its own large gazebo with table for 14 people and a BBQ.
The guest house (166 sqm) can host up to 6 people:
Ground floor: Living room, dining room with fireplace and large panoramic window. Spacious kitchen with fireplace. Master bedroom with its bathroom with bathtub and hand held shower.
First floor: twin bedroom (bed size 90×200 cm, 36×79 inches) that has its own direct access to the pool area and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Upper floor: a double bedroom (bed size 160×190 cm, 63×75 inches), which could be converted into a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outdoor: Also the guest house has its own gazebo and has a table for 6 people
