The villa has a private pool in a panoramic position and is surrounded by stone pavement and grass.  A sitting room is furnished with fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the spacious dining room with fireplace made of pietra serena. A staircase from the living area leads down, to the open gallery with arches that support the terrace above. A few metres from the portico lies the wonderful pool, set in panoramic position and surrounded by stone pavement and grass for relaxation moments. On the ground floor a large double bedroom, lighted and furnished with sofas, with access to balcony and private bathroom. Ancient stone stairs lead to the first floor of the house. This floor has a total of six bedrooms, five elegant double bedrooms and a bathroom adjacent to each room, each large window overlooking the lake view and islands changing color. The sixth room is equipped with a French bed and a private bathroom. Near the villa is a lake-view restaurant serving truffle or bruschetta mushrooms accompanied by a glass of Tuxanna’s red wine. The interior design of the villa is by no mean austere due to the use of simple but elegant materials which gives a warm and original touch to the villa.

Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, and Todi are connected as a string, in the sacred
center of Umbria where is located a magical villa called Villa Nora.  Indoor
swimming pool, gym, professional snooker / billiards room, dining terrace
overlooking spectacular fields. The built-up area of the villa is located
on the hillside. The villa will give you the utmost comfort in every corner.
. The second building is a completely detached cottage that will
allow four more people to stay. As one would expect from a luxurious villa,
each of the ten bedrooms has a bathroom and en suite bathroom.

השטח המקיף את הוילה הוא בגודל של כשלושים דונם, עם יערות, חורשות עצי זית, פרחים צבעוניים ודשא אנגלי. כאן לא חסרות פינות מיוחדות, כמו הפרגולה המכוסה כרם ענבים שחורים.
הבריכה, בצורה לא סימטרית ובשטח 130 מטר מרובע, פתוחה מהשבת האחרונה של חודש אפריל עד השבת הראשונה של אוקטובר. לשימוש האורחים כיסאות נוח ומטריות לשמש.

This villa dates back to the eighteenth century and underwent many changes in 1870 and 1885 when it belonged to the aristocracy period in Siena and Florence. In keeping with the spirit of regeneration in the style that then dominated Florence, the villa was built with garden like those built at the time under the design of architect Fogi gardeners Pucci.

במרחק של כ10 מטר מהוילה מבנה תוספת, המשמש כדירת אירוח. המבנה על שתי קומות. בקומה הקרקע חדר זוגי גדול עם שרותים ומקלחת צמודים. בקומה הראשונה דירה עצמאית בעלת מטבח/סלון עם קאמין, חדר לשניים וחדר אמבטיה.

במקום יש אפשרות לבר-בקיו.
