The Villa accommodates up to 18 guests in the exceptional comfort of 3 beautifully decorated apartments and a cottage, all furnished elegantly with local tiles from Deruta, a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine, satellite TV, etc. With its 9 rooms, each individually decorated in warm rich colors, the Villa is an authentic Umbrian jewel offering peace and tranquility in a environment far removed from everyday care.
The villa sleeps up to 18 people and can be rented as a unique villa or separately in 3 apartments and one luxury romantic suite in the cottage. Each apartment is luxuriously furnished and decorated and has its own fully staffed kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry. All the bedrooms have their own individual colour scheme and are of a good size with excellent en suite facilities and magnificent views. – Tramonti has two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom. There is one guest bathroom on ground floor . (sleeps 6 and comfortable seating for 16). – Aurora has 1 king bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms one with en suite bathroom. (sleeps 6 and comfortable seating for 8) – Oliveto has 2 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. (sleeps 4 and comfortable seating for 6) – Giglio is an independent luxury suite with en suite bathroom and all comforts of a modern 5 stars hotel room (including frigo-bar/ tv and air conditioning).
Each apartment has washing machine/dishwasher/fridge/lcd TV/Sky television with sports channels/DVD player/CD player/ipod speakers/wireless internet broadband/air conditioning/hairdryer in every bathroom/baby cot and child’s high chair/heating (on request and pay-per-use).
Outdoor: Private olympic size pool, measuring 7mx15m with separate heated Jacuzzi seating 8 people overlooking the golf and the XI Century Castle. Private putting-green with spectacular views across the golf. Private fenced landscaped garden (10.000 sm). Barbecue. Outdoor dining table with pergola. Panoramic terraces with outdoor seating facilities.
Services: Cook-Service is available on request including Butler-Service. However, a minimum of 4 persons being served are required for these services. Cooking classes are available either at the Villa or at the Golf Clubhouse for a minimum of 4 persons. Food hampers can be provided, at an additional cost. Fresh linen and towels are provided once weekly on Saturdays. Extra changes are available on request at an extra charge. Maid-Service, included in the rental price, is daily for 6 days a week. Starter welcome packs are inclusive with rental price.
