The villa is elegantly furnished the ground floor features the spacious living room with with an old stone fireplace, a double dining room and kitchen. A second living area is located in front of the kitchen and has comfortable sofas and a working fireplace. A charming wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the sleeping area with 3 elegant bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and a single bedroom also with a small private bathroom. The Suite, always part of the house, has a master bedroom with a bathroom and two additional beds and can be used on request. 2 additional beds can be made available to guests thanks to the comfortable sofa bed located in the living room. The living area has a guest bathroom. The beautiful pool seems to touch and become part of lake Trasimeno. The garden and swimming pool are equipped with chairs and sun loungers, ample shaded areas and a solarium for a full relaxation. The beautiful hillside location ensures to remain cool even during the hottest summer months due to the pleasant night wind coming up from the lake.
