Description
The Villa is divided on two floors. Each floor has its own living room, kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. The first floor can be reached externally through the original stone stairs or a stone bridge linking the garden and the pool (the entire path is accessible for wheelchairs); moreover one bedroom located on the first floor is accessible for wheelchairs.The kitchens are fully equipped with fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, toaster, American coffee maker and espresso machine. Washing machine and drying machine are available. Each floor of the villa is completely furnished and has WI-FI, air conditioning, and satellite TV. T A big fireplace gives a romantic and elegant touch to the main dining room. Under the loggia at the ground floor, next to the garden, there is a large dining table.

Hi Patrizia,
I just wanted to let you know that the villa was perfect. The arrangement of the two floors suited us perfectly.
It is well equipped and very nice organized. The rooms are spacious as well as the toilet rooms.
Everyone of us had his complete privacy, yet we were all together.
And of course I must mention the owner, Iyacopo whose service was outstanding, beginning with the first night dinner making us feel at home and made it easier for us after a long and tiring trip with small children.
When there was a problem with the electricity, he immediately took care of things.
Chapeaux to him and to his loyal staff!!!!
I hope we too were good tenants and left the villa in order –J
We will sure recommend the villa to others and maybe return in the future.
